ANTHONY HERRERA

Anthony Herrera is a passionate NOGI Jiu Jitsu practitioner who has been training in the martial art since 2000. He was introduced to the sport by a friend and quickly fell in love with the physical and mental challenge it provided. Anthony's first submission learned was the rear naked choke, and he has since honed his skills and knowledge of NOGI Jiu Jitsu through years of practice and teaching.  As an experienced instructor, Anthony shares his expertise with both adults and kids, helping them develop their techniques and improve their physical fitness. He believes that Jiu Jitsu is not just a sport, but a way of life that teaches discipline, respect, and self-confidence. When he's not training or teaching, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new Jiu Jitsu techniques.

NATHAN LITWIN

Nathan was introduced to Jiu Jitsu in 2005 and began training shortly thereafter. He began his Jiu Jitsu career as a ronin training wherever he can until he discovered 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu in a High Times magazinge that featured an article with Eddie Bravo fresh of his ADCC victory over Roller Gracie. He showed his long time friend Anthony Herrera, who introduced him to Jiu Jitsu and was his main training partner at the time. They looked up 10th Planet technique and drilling and applying them immediately. In 2009 he began training under Sean Bollinger at 10th Planet Riverside where he trained continously until he earned his purple belt under Sean. After a short hiatus due to work travel in the logging industry, he has returned full force to help bring NOGI Jiu Jitsu to his home town in the Diamond Valley area where he was born and raised.
